Petite Edit - For a corner, entry, reading nook, or compact design moment. Includes up to 3 core furniture selections.

Standard Edit - For one complete living room with a single primary seating area. Includes up to 5 core furniture selections.

Grand Edit - For a large or open-plan living space with multiple seating or functional zones. Includes additional furniture and sourcing.

  • Fully Developed Room Concept — furniture, palette, and materials, composed as one complete design for your space.
  • Professional Floor Plan — a scaled layout with exact placement and proportions.
  • Foundation Furniture Selections — scaled to your selected Edit.
  • Itemized Product List — every selection documented with source, dimensions, and pricing, ready to order.
  • Direct Designer Access — virtual design consultation and your questions answered by your designer throughout the project, not a support queue.
  • Refinement Round — a dedicated round of swaps and adjustments to fit your space, preferences, and investment range.
  • Illustrative Vignette — a styled 3D scene composed from your selections, showing how the room comes together.

The Follow-Through

  • Trade Pricing Access — preferred pricing on select pieces through Pior Home vendor accounts.
  • Approved Order Placement — approved orders placed and tracked on your behalf, start to finish.
  • Delivery Timeline Coordination — sequencing and status support from purchase through arrival.

Each Edit is intentionally focused. It's a foundation built from core pieces, not a fully staged catalog room. It's designed to be layered with the art, objects, and finds you accumulate over time.

For a Different Scope

  • Additional finishing touches, including accessories, decorative objects, art, and styling layers, can be added through The Finishing Layer.

  • Styles outside the selected suite may require a different Edit or Bespoke.

Investment Info

Petite Edit typical range: $1,000 - $3,500.

Standard Edit typical range: $5,000 - $15,000.

Grand Edit typical range: $10,000 - $30,000.

Each Edit has a fixed Studio Fee. The Studio Fee shown in your cart covers the Pior Home design services listed above.

Furnishing investment ranges are provided as general guidance. They are not minimums, maximums, or guarantees. Your final furnishing investment will depend on your approved selections, preferred investment level, vendor pricing, and product availability.

Furnishing investment ranges exclude tax, shipping, delivery, installation, and any vendor price changes. Final selections, pricing, and availability will be confirmed before orders are placed.
